Do not use this bank!!!! I am one of several victims who has been scammed out of 10s of thousands of dollars by one of their employees named Billy Wilson. Collectively between the other victims and myself, 12 that I’m aware of at this time, we have been scammed out of millions of dollars. Prosperity Bank has done nothing to help, stop or remedy the situation in any way and appears to be part of it.
Be very careful. Do not trust this bank!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Prosperity Bank that left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. I visited the bank with the intention of cashing a check and potentially opening an account, but I was met with unfriendliness and a lack of professionalism that made me reconsider.
First and foremost, the teller I interacted with was incredibly unfriendly. Their demeanor was unwelcoming, and they seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. Instead of creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, the teller’s attitude made me feel like an inconvenience.
To make matters worse, I was taken aback when I was asked to provide my social security number in order to cash a check for an amount below $10,000. This requirement seemed excessive and unnecessary, especially for a relatively small transaction. It left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful of the bank’s procedures.
Overall, my experience at Prosperity Bank was extremely disappointing. The unfriendly service and the unnecessary request for personal information left me with a negative impression of the bank. As a potential new customer, I had hoped for a more welcoming and professional experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I left the bank feeling discouraged and unlikely to return in the future.

My Father Passed and he had two accounts and safety deposit box at this bank for years and was a good customer so far as to go a chat with employees and when our father passed they have treated horrible with trying to close all business with this bank i highly DO NOT recommend .
