    I don’t like this Bank at all, I regret leaving Wells fargo. The ATM takes too long to count the money I deposit, it doesn’t even show you how much you are depositing, just to make sure. At the end it doesn’t show you the balance in the account. Not even a goodbye nor nothing. If you have to come in you have to wait 45min or more to be helped by a representative. Even when you call them you have to wait because they are “super busy”. A few days back a check that my husband deposit bounce back and we didn’t receive a notification, neither of the check been deposit or the bounce. I probably have like a month with them and I’m ready to move to another bank.

    One star just isn’t enough! If I could adequately rate this financial institution I would without a doubt give it a NEGATIVE 5 Stars! This location is HORRENDOUS.
    From the branch manager al the way down to the Allied Security guard at the door were PISS POOR! The wait time to get one form for an elderly dementia patient with end stage renal disease took us OVER TWO and A HALF hours. We sat in the lobby with the staff walking past us over and over without even acknowledging us or even attempting to ACT as if they were willing to help. The bank closed at 5:00pm and we were STILL in the lobby and not even been assisted. The only words from the guy at the front was “even thought we’re closed we will help when we are ready” literally unbelievable. The lack of compassion and straight up good customer service were ABSENT in this establishment. I will never step foot in this bank again even if my life depended on it. I would drive clear across town before I would ever come here again.

    The customer service is terrible Sulema says she’s educating people on their app. Maybe you don’t feel like a lesson you just want some good old fashioned customer service. Don’t stop here it not going to happen.

    Waited over 2 hours instead of 30-45 minutes (like they said we would) to speak with a manager over a matter pertaining to a senior citizen’s Medicaid application. Rude staff, including the Allied Universal Security Guard. Arrived before 3-4 customers in the lobby, we weren’t allowed to make appointments over the phone but somehow everyone else had one? Almost seems like retaliation for speaking out to the floor manager. Never coming here for business again.
