Do not finance with this company. They have twice now tacked on insurance for the equipment that I purchased with no prior notice even though I have sent them the insurance certificate in the past. They are a dishonest lender that I will never use again.
TOO BAD I CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS. I have been working on closing out an account since November 29, 2018. TIAA has given me wrong information about forms needed to send to TSA. After reading the information that TIAA put on thier forms, I found the information was in error. TIAA said “that’s OK” it will not matter. TSA has given me wrong information about the process of withdrawing “MY FUNDS”. TIAA always has an excuse of why I cannot get “MY FUNDS”. Would not recommend TIAA.
