DO NOT, let me repeat that again, DO NOT, go to this location! I was assured BY TWO tellars that my check would be available next day. And this morning I got an email that there is now a 10 day hold on my check. I am appaled. I have bills I need to pay, and needed my check immediately but did agree to wait until next day. Now I am stuck in a city 4 hours from home, and hqve ZERO money to live on. THANK YOU REGIONS! I will be closing my account as soon as this money is available.
Granted the manager Henry fixed my problem but; I came to this location to upgrade my account, when I left the branch my account was upgraded some how some way they changed my account back to prepaid and on top of that I no longer have access to my money in my account. This location is the worst!!! I will never visit this location again!
I always come to this location but I only use the drive thru ATM. This morning I went inside because I wanted to deposit coins. I walked into the regions bank and not one person greeted me. There was one customer being assisted by 2 bankers and 2 bankers chatting. I then spoke to everyone in the establishment and received an hello back from everyone. There was no sense of urgency and it made me feel like I should come back if that makes sense. I just wanted to deposit my coins, but I’ll go to another regions in the future.
I thought this was a good bank, but Regions is by far the worst bank ever!!
Their fraud department is the joke of the century..
NORA GUIA made a huge error in placing a check in my checking rather than my savings account. I needed my funds specifically in that account and told her so. Yet still put it in my checking. Thankfully the branch manager Henry was able to help us set up a transfer the funds. Thats the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars.
