I Wanted to take the time to extend my deepest gratitude to the dedication to Customer Service that Christina offers, I believe she truly embodies what Customer Service is supposed to be. She went above and beyond and is extremely easy to talk to. Forever customer as long as Christina works there.
I went to Tom’s Pawn today to purchase a couple of tools from there very affordable selection. The awesome and beautiful young lady named Shanda helped me and was so awesome and gave me a awesome deal. She was definitely very helpful and you could tell she loved her job and had pride in what she did. I will definitely be going there soon, especially after seeing all tem awesome deals and specials they had going on. Thank you so much for helping me Ms Shanda.

This location has the best people working there! I am always greeted with a welcome and a smile. They are very fair with their offers when I’ve sold things to them, and the layaway program is so convenient. The ladies are very nice, and always have a good sense of humor. My fav location!!
