By far the best experience I’ve ever had associating with any pawn shop! The manager, Gloria, was very helpful and above all: very professional in helping me during my time there. Everything was handled perfectly and swiftly with my time as a customer kept in much consideration. Thank you again, Gloria! I hope the other employees will learn a thing or two about having professional standards for the customers as much as you do!

I stopped into Tom’s while out of town because I needed a fishing pole, Amber helped me pick out a nice one at a good price, they have multiple locations all with great deals and inventory. (Ps this one has a cool gun store attached)
This was my first time ever pawning something. I was so impressed that they gave me so much for my tablet today, and the interest isn’t bad at all. They were super welcoming and seemed happy to help me! Very happy. People have to realize that the whole purpose of a pawn shop is for them to make a profit, that’s just the nature of the business, so I didn’t expect to get anywhere as much as I did. Thanks you guys, it was a huge help on the budget and a big relief. I’ll definitely be shopping with Tom’s Pawn in the future.
Went in just to look at electronics, was helped by worker named Amber, they were very helpful and welcoming to the shop. I was able to make a purchase with no issues at all
