Do not pawn your your game system here they will play with it just got my nintendo switch back today it was dirty with food debris and they tried downloading 2k23 which is a game I don’t own and will never play because I hate sport games and if you are take a picture of everything before you leave it
The customer service is great. Employee Lana is always there to assist, great customer service! There hasn’t been a time where I’ve left the store empty handed. All my items purchased has been in great condition and most of the time brand new!

The manage had a very nasty attitude and refused to give me the loan amount my item was really worth. He yelled and refused to show me the real amount the computer offered. Lloyd started spewing racist remarks and threatened to refuse service and refused to give me a reason. He belittled his employee for offering me a better loan amount. Never again please don’t go here with your business!
