I had came for some shoes I was interested in, before I came in I had sent a message to the guy on OfferUp that worked in the store and no response. I arrived and they had sold the shoes already. How are you going to runa business when you can’t even do the little things like communication.
I have been a loyal customer of Bayou Pawn for several years and have always had such a great customer relation. Today I walked in and dealt with Erik the new manager that was rude and said he did not care if you took May business elsewhere he would and could not offer any deal. Erik thanks to you I will never return and spread the word your professionalism is extremely poor! Will never step foot here!
I like this Bayou Pawn on Scott St @ OST. Other people seem to agree. They were very busy on an early Wednesday afternoon.
They have a fairly small sales floor, but its loaded with traditional pawn shop items. The merchandise includes: TVs, audio equipment, jewelry & watches, shoes, purses, small appliances, portable & window ACs, bicycles, generators, pressure washers, lawnmowers, power tools, ladders and guns (shotguns, rifles and pistols).
Store associates are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
It’s a bad place to do business I bought a PS4 & controller from this place, i try to get a loan! They have like 12 controller sitting there that don’t work! I come with a controller that works! & They tell me they can’t take any! But u have 12 that u knows don’t work! But still have them all on display! Then when u bring other things! They try to give u less then what others will give u! So a lot of times I have to take my business other places
Trash I went there with a brand new BBQ pit he wanted to give me$15 dollars I said no it’s worth a $140 I wanted $60 then came back with my weed eater echo he said he don’t want to take it. I’m like what’s going on he might be racist and a sort of way. I will not go back to that pawnshop and it was so hard to get in and out the place not safe if something happens. Sir I hope you change your ways and be more considerate to people. I’ve seen he has his relatives work there to but they don’t even no a price to give to someone so he comes out and be disrespectful. SMH
