During my recent visit to Ez Pawn, I was perplexed by a glaring inconsistency in their operating hours. While the door clearly stated a 9:00 AM opening time, an employee arrived with a handwritten sign indicating a 10:00 AM opening. This discrepancy caused confusion and inconvenience for customers like myself, highlighting a need for clearer communication and adherence to posted schedules. Additionally, witnessing an employee slap the sign against the window added to the unprofessionalism of the situation, leaving a negative impression on the overall experience.

Saved on my worst pawnshop list . The employee I don’t know her name heavy set black woman , she is very rude and ignorant, she ignored me and another customer for a full 15 minutes then asked if he needed help proceeded to ignore me when I asked if I could be helped with something I asked a second time she walked off on me and told me after the next customer the prices are high and most of the items are junk . Highly do not recommend!
