Excellent customer service from David the store ass. Director ,and Raymond, they are always her to help the customers and I believe this is far the best location.
Great store to go to, customer service is on point and the deals are outstanding definitely a store i would come back to again.
I have been coming to this location for many years and it’s extremely surprising to me how they still have a lady named SYLVIA still working as a manager here. It’s really disappointing and disturbing to see how rude and loud this lady is and continues to be!! Each time we come in, we can see how rude she is to other costumers and even when she talks on the phone she is loud and rude (rolling her eyes) where everyone can witness this, the owner should call as a “secret shopper” so they can witness themselves how rude and unprofessional she is. She was very rude to us several times we came to visit this store. It’s just extremely surprising! Andrew is the one who keeps us coming back! It’s sad and she needs to go, this lady should not be the face of this place. Owner needs to really do something about this. I would like to discuss and particular situation as well to the owner. I work in customer service and this is beyond unacceptable. I am still in shock of the situation. I can agree with the store being great and the prices, but this is not okay at all.

Last week the had a bracelet in the front show case go with diamonds for 400 I have the picture on my phone but this week whenI went by to get it it was now 600 and they would NOT give it to me for the price that is for just last week SCAMMERS I mean really at 200 price increase within one week
