Answer the damn phones. From the minute y’all open to the minute y’all close none of y’all answer the phone. They stay busy all damn day that is ridiculous.
CASH AMERICA IS A COOL PLACE TO BUY AND SELL ITEMS… AT THE STORE IN HOUSTON THESE LADIES ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. ALSO I SEEN AN OLD FRIEND WHO SOLD ME CAMERA EQUIPMENT FROM YEARS AGO I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE SHES STILL HERE! GO CASH AMERICA!
Thank you Maria and Jesus for your customer service but the manager Natalie gives this store a 1star. Asked for a deal on a ring they have had on the shelf for over 2 months and she acted super ridiculous saying the BBB is investigating ppl making deals on items and getting paid for it. First of all no one is paying me to go check out a pawn shop lol. And to mention that is sooo out of context. She will keep missing sales due to having no customer service skills. This is why this store is 2stars. Needs a leader that could actually talk to customers not talk down to customers like I’m some kind of criminal. This descrimination will also be heard by from corporate. Do not recommend this location
They do have a lot of stuff that was traded in for a pawn by people in the area and they offer very low prices to them. It’s really terrible that they only will give you a bare minimum it isn’t worth trading with them. That’s why they have so much stuff to sell because they are centered in a low income area and they offer a few dollars with extremely high interest rates. The last I went in there with an expensive item that was valued at $1300+ they offered me $80. It was a hell no for me and I then realized why the store was packed full of stuff because they are ripping off the community in that area. Almost like price gouging except knowing people need money to eat or necessities and you offer them $10 for $300 items. This store has only one good worker that we seen when we visited. The older Hispanic lady that’s a manager is very rude and low balls so bad .
They will try to scam you out of whatever you trying to sell you. THEY lie about how much they can actually give you back for selling your item to them so they can make more money
