3 stars for effort however after putting two items on layaway I was told I could cancel the layaway if I chose not to purchase both items,I later found the Item new for less money and upon returning was told by the manager that I could not cancel it or get my money back.He gave me 11$ off a 230$ item.He also tried to tell me that he didn’t believe the item was cheaper anywhere. When I showed him on my phone he tried to discredit the validity of the item.
Would have been easier to give me a refund or discount me a fair amount rather than lose me as a customer.After paying this off I will not use this pawn shop or any other affiliated with it.
If you have a electric bicycle make sure it’s the same Vin on the insurance paper work from the. E. COMPANY insurance had a inside tracker so if ever lost stolen are different Vin you can get it back 😏 …
I’ve been here before but my last experience was horrible. I was told my chain wasn’t good enough to get loan on. The TT said chain had 10k and acid test was ok but was magnetic. I informed TT that I purchased chain from another location and have got loans on chain several times without any issues. I’ll see tomorrow what another location offers. Beware because these stores have burned me before. TT is transformer, why are you discussing about personal life when customers are trying to do business?
Maria does not understand how license to carry works for background checks in regards to firearms. She also messed around and offered me $200 then $100 after I accepted the offer. Most of these places are ok to do business at. Not this one though. This location will be gone in matter of months from now because all they have is some low down overpriced jewelry and some beat up stolen power tools.

Store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates.
