I don’t like the customer service or the employees because they treated me like a criminal, they was racially profiling me, also I find it insulting to speak in different language if no bilingual customers were standing in there. therefore please save y’all time do not I repeat shop here
Jensen Drive is pawn shop heaven. There are three or four pawn shops within a half a mile of each other. This one is the best. The showroom is well lighted with shiny floors (see my store interior photo).
They have a nice selection of professional audio equipment, laptops, TVs, power tools & equipment, jewelry and bicycles. They even had three saddles for sale on my last visit.
The store associates are friendly and helpful.
They are very unprofessional, and rude. Almost everything they have for sale is broken but out for sale, they didn’t want to help me because I didn’t have my physical ID but it is on my phone. Will never go there and would not suggest it to anyone. Beware of and I told the kid I was in front of a man but disregarded me and served him first.
Worst service I’ve gotten so far. I’ve purchased plenty of firearms from lots of different places and apparently I couldn’t buy one from here because it looked like “I was going to buy it for my homeboy” according to the guy that attended me. Nothing but fake reviews on this pawn shop the customer service is horrible as well I do not recommend coming here
