If you like being spoken to as if you are an idiot or speaking to a manager who raises her voice, then by all means, go here. I have been with Amegy since they were Southwest Bank of Texas. That is about to change. I am dealing with an identity theft situation. Instead of backing their customer, these dirtbags will freeze your account without warning. I 6 a blind mother to take care of, and because these fools froze my account, I had to borrow money from a friend to pay for gas and food. To tlp it off NO ONE in that branch could properly explain what is going on and why they froze my account. Want to know why the public despises banks? Go here.
This is more about Amegy Bank and their loan department. Number one I had a previous loan from Amegy bank for my RV and I never missed a payment and I paid the loan off early. Number two I have a credit score of over 700 and yet they refused to help me refinance my new truck.
I also have 100 % on time payments on my credit history so I’m not at all happy with the bank I’ve been using since 2015 refusing to help me refinance my vehicle which in turn would save me a lot of money.
I’m very seriously considering switching banks now because I do not feel like they are trying to help me save money.
I’m actually extremely pissed off about the entire ordeal.

I have been dealing with this bank for six years , while the people there are nice enough for a simple deposit or cash a check the bank itself is absolutely horrible! I have a credit score above 800 and over 80k in equity in my house and was denied a HELOC from six month old google photos that showed some minor construction on a back porch! These people are the most incompetent people In the banking industry, if you actually need something above a simple transaction they fold up like a lawn chair!
