Every report I read about poor biased Customer Service at the same location off Will Clayton & Atascocita Road in front of Krogers is absolutely correct! I have been a Customer at that branch & experienced the same nasty racist / biased rudiness from their only all white & Hispanic Staff with one Asian Worker. What others have reported against this Bank dealing with hatred racism & nasty Customer Service has been reported in their complaint corrrctly. Bank of America has a strong outstanding proven representation in every USA State of been sued for practicing racism & biased Customer Service since the 80s to current time 2022.
I have spoken to both the Hispanic Bank Managers, Asst. Managers & visiting white Area Supervisor for 3 yrs straight. Each time they go to major efforts to make me feel like I am the only one complaining about their racism. They tried to get me to bieve falsely that I was an isolated case & that only I am complaining. I tried to open up a Business account with all the correct paperwork & their male Worker Representative a Hispanic Male refused to accept my legal documents for my business that is 42 yrs old. Needless, to say I took my business account to Chase across the street who gave great Customer Service & who appreciates their Customers whether you Bank with them or not.
When I need to access my BofA account I drive down to their location on FM 1960 & receive much better service.
I believe that specific location prefers white & Hispanic Customers only. They do not hired any other race at this location either. There were no Black Workers. They later brought in a Black Temporary Worker to mask / hide the racism they practiced. That Bank is in a location a neighborhood that is diverse & should reflect the diversity of the Neighborhood that uses them. I think, if they hire other races of People that their services would be equal & better. It is not fair that we should be subjected to their discrimination practices in our own neighbor! Also, I witness the Staff being very impatience with their Elderly Clients. The Corporation truly needs to investigate our complaints, monitor their Employees and stop them from abusing their Customers with their discriminatory abuses to People who visit that branch who are not white or Hispanic & who are Elderly. I have complained in vain for 3 years. I am thinking about hiring an Attorney to teach them that People are not garbage to mistreat! They will stop their abuse or move out of our diverse friendly community

I visit 2 times per month and the service is always professional. There’s always someone in the lobby asking to help so you don’t have to stand in line. I’ve seen people get offended. I guess they feel targeted. The kid asks me all the time, but I know only a teller can help what I need to do. They’re just trying to work more efficiently.
No wonder this location has such a low review rate. The service is horrible. It was only two kiosks open. One was dealing with customer and another one couldn’t help me because he sent me broken link that didn’t work out and my account was locked. Then he refused to help me…
Outstandingly poor service. I was told that I cannot deposit a check because it was more than 6 months ago. Then the manager (Jacqueline Avila) approached me and “advised” me to deposit the check through the ATM, because it will not use the date of the check! So, this person is asking me to do something illegal! I am seriously considering closing my accounts here and move to another bank.
Today Saturday 05/04/2024 I experienced the MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE. I received an email from BoA requesting 2 forms IDs from my daughter since we completed the application online ( she is 17) in order to open a Student checking account ( mother as primary). In the moment that I arrived to the bank, nobody was there at the entrance to greet, there were two Afro-American ladies ( teller and manager) in one of the office chatting for a while even when then saw customers waiting. One of them came and barely talk “Yes?” I explained the purpose of my visit with my daughter. She didn’t have no idea what I was talking about, she took the IDs and told me in a rude way ” I will look, but this is not the way that you opened a checking account, go and sit down bc I need to take next person”, she asked her manager, and her manager is the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager I have never seen in a bank. When I went to the office to showed her the email and trying to explain that I had opened an account like this before already ( for my husband and myself) she interrupted me and kicked me out of the office, the manager didn’t listen and told me to wait outside because they couldn’t find anything related in their PCs, they expressed themselves very unprofessional in front of other customers like ” I know I’m not crazy!”and making weird faces. I dont think i deserve this treatment after been with BoA for more than a decade. So they instructed my daughter to fill out everything again in the waiting room while they took next customers. With such a rudeness I knew that they didn’t know what they were doing so I decided to drive 4 miles away to 1960 in to the Humble location near Deerbrook mall, I really want say thank you to Furr Thomas and congratulate her manager for being so kind and proffessional with us. Someone needs to give proper training or hiring the correct ppl in BoA, after all the frustration they caused me and waisted time bc i really wanted to take my money to another bank.
Ms Thomas knew exactly what was needed to accomplish when I gave her my daughter’s IDs and showed her the email. Ms Thomas should get promoted.
