Ms. Taylor was excellent!! She’s the type to go out of her way for the customers, and I appreciate that. I got here 5 minutes before closing, and she assisted me with an amazing treatment. Wonderful person.
One of the most useless banks there is. I waited in line and they said it was an hour wait. I came back with a scheduled an appointment. They still said they can’t see me or help me!!!! Do you’ll do any work for your customers at all!
The only person I love in this branch is Mary Lou, she really does an outstanding job and keeps this bank running.
Tellers and lobby personnel are very attentive & helpful. Made an appointment to see the notary, but then had to cancel the appointment. Called the branch number for 15 minutes to cancel the notary and no one ever answered the phone. For this reason I rate this bank branch a three!
They wanted to charge my husband $15 for a money order and we are preferred clients. I called to complain and could not get a live person. Bought one for 87 cents at HEB.
