    I always receive exceptional customer service at this Branch. They’re so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mrs. Williams is a jewel. Her personality is passed down to her employees. I love going into this Branch just to receive a warm welcome, and to see the smiles on the Teller’s face. Of course, to encourage someone along the way 😊

    I loved this place how quick and responsive staff was. Not after today ! I wanted to deposit my cash as I do always . Using just my ID with no issues . Even is from different country I never had problem. Today guy name SEAN who is clearly properly uneducated refused accept my ID. Asking for my passport which is for same country and this absolutely doesn’t make sense to me !!!! All my ID are up to date and he should be accepting any form of ID! This is absolutely ridiculous! Please train your staff more knowledgeable. His attitude was off and not friendly at all ! Missing the girls who was there before !

    The absolute worst location ever. The employees definitely don’t care about their job nor the company. The customer service is horrible. Not to mention they deposited a huge amount into the wrong account TWICE, even after providing the correct information to them. Don’t go to this location. Srsly save yourself from the headache.

    The branch manager every single time I have had to do anything besides deposit or use the atm, has refused to do anything and said everything has to be done online. She also talks down to me every single time and acts like she is better than everyone else. I had signed up to be seen. She came to the counter and directed people to go to the window to deposit money. Before she came she was just chatting with a friend and joking around with them. It was clear that it wasn’t an employee because they weren’t dressed as an employee and had no name tag. She saw me sitting there and walked away to go back to talking to her friend. I also asked if we could get out of the lobby to discuss my issues and she refused and said that she will answer my questions there. Then I was told that this isn’t something they do at the branch locations and can only be done through email. I called the corporate number. They said that they could have helped me at the branch location. In the past I’ve tried to get money out of my account but since I didn’t have my debit cars yet I couldn’t get money out of my account even though I had the full account information, pulled it up on my phone, and had multiple forms of identification. This locations is run by a lazy person who doesn’t want to do her job as a branch manager and it’s also showz in her employees.

    Walked in to open a business account. Walked out with my jaw dropped as to how crazy bad the service is here. They literally walked me out of there telling me that their advice for me when shopping for a bank for my small business is to not compare the banks that I’m considering … I clarified that I’m specifically comparing the fees and services provided and she said “don’t compare them that’s my advice to you”

    We live in a grand theft auto type simulation. I’m convinced lol

    Also you can see how delusional these people are by the response on the comments. They only acknowledge the good comments and respond to those and not the bad ones …. Talk about an echo chamber !!!
