Completely useless location. Should close the whole interior. You walk in and no one makes the effort to greet you. Needed to get a court document notarized and was happily told they could not do it because one notary forgot her book and the other didn’t show up to work. At least they have an ATM. 1 star.
There was no one there, but they still asked for an appointment. With this kind of service, this store is probably going to go bankrupt.
Very unhelpful, waited 10 minutes just for someone to help by the front desk. Just to tell me i cant open a bank account because im a immigrant. By the way i am a legal immigrant with al the paperwork to prove it with social security, but no interest in helping. Will not recommend this bank to anyone.
Wonderful customer service. Needed to arrange a wire transfer and order more checks. Manager warmly greeted us and advised us that there was one customer ahead of us. Called within 5 minutes and whole process took under 30 minutes. Bank rep who took care of us also personable and efficient.
Would give one star, but the people seem nice. The problem is they have ONE person to do inside and outside transactions. Literally seat in drive thru for long periods of time not even being acknowledged, while they help the people inside. I don’t know how they’re still open. Been waiting 10 mins already at the drive thru and not even spoken to yet.
It’s not the employees fault they don’t staff properly, so I’m not going to fuss at them.
