I got there at 12:40 because I was going to open an account. I was told at the door “I just sent the person who could help you to lunch. There are 2 people signed in ahead of you so I don’t think we’ll be able to get that done today. ” They close at 5. They can’t get 3 customers done in 3 1/2 to 4 hours? Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
I love Jess at the bank. She is so friendly and I never have any issues with my deposits or change orders. I love seeing her smiling face at the drive through window.
If I wanted to talk to somebody in India about my account. I’d call India, but I’ve been trying to reach the local bank account. And they don’t answer their phone very poor customer service. You don’t even get it Customer service.
It’s okay workers say they are always too busy. Went to open an account needed it fast just got moved to the area for military. Lady said they could expedited, but they would need a reason. Me not having a bank in the area wasn’t enough I guess. So I just said heck with left with my family and looking for a better bank.
This Branch the services is really bad. I was interested in opening a Checking account . A week ago I went to see if I can do this .
I was there as soon as this branch opened early in the morning. The lady who assisted me was nice . But , she said they don’t have a banker available that day right after . For a walk in I have to wait Almost 3 HOURS OR made an appointment. I decided to do the second option , and by my surprise, they gave me an appointment for the following week !!!!!!
I decided to cancel my appointment and not do bussines with a bank is not interested to having me as a new client . Very disappointed. I will not recommend anyone to do bussines with this bank.
