5 Reviews on “Chase Bank”
Extremely and I cannot express or stress it but extremely SLOW tellers like people have nothing else to do in their day but stand in line. Extremely slow….yall need to go to “QuikTrip’s” training
Extremely poor service, I went there as my account was locked and despite calling customer service was not able to unlock. A lady greeted and asked us to wait we waited there for an hour no one came to ask us anything. The lady who greeted us was calling other customers to open a trust account. I guess if you have customers waiting you can call other customers later. We left no one care. If you really have all the time in the world and nothing else to do go to this branch. I wish I could give negative stars
I wish I could give negative stars. The banker we spoke to was incredibly rude. My wife and I went to open a joint account and the first thing the lady asked my wife was , “are you a us citizen?.” That’s not even a requirement to open an account! I closed my accounts and will never do business with Chase ever again. We are going backwards as a society and chase is perpetuating it by having employees like this!
If you have anything else to do for the day do not come here. 30 minutes to get change is crazy work.
The tellers are amazing and so helpful and so polite, the bankers on the other hand it’s always the worst experience!
I needed a notary and a business signature stamp. The branch manager took a lady before me when any banker can notarize a piece of paper. The banker finally sees me. She has my notary and I explained to her I needed a signature stamp, and she guided me back to the teller, when the teller had guided me to her in the first place, then proceeded to tell me that she had an appointment and that was that.
