I love Community Resource Credit Union in Atascocita. I have been with them for several years now. One thing I really love is when there is fraud on my account they are on top of it and I can just walk right in and get a new card instead of waiting almost 2 weeks for a new card. Everyone there and on the phone at the Baytown office is very nice.

Staff for welcoming they got to me quickly and addressed all my concerns and questions and was able to get me a new card due to fraud and made me feel comfortable and safe and secure. I love community resource credit union.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All branch calls now go through call center. HUGH waste of time! On hold forever & when you actually do speak to someone they question you & then have someone from the branch you want to speak with call you back.
