Absolutely terrific and conscientious service, above and beyond the call of duty. I was down in Texas from my home in Michigan, attending to my father in poor health, and I needed help with enacting a power of attorney. Because of the long hours in the hospital, I arrived to the bank after closing but Yami Santos went out of her way to help explain what I needed to do and followed up with multiple timely and kind emails to walk me through the process. She has been a tremendously bright spot in a difficult time and I could not possibly be happier with her attentention to detail and dedicated customer service. She deserves to be recognized for how she has helped my family.

Natalie at the Harker Heights’ office was amazing! She was calm and helpful during a rushed period of time (5pm). Shirley was and has been amazing every time I come in the bank. You made a great hire. She provided great customer service for me and my business partner. I am blown away by her attention to detail and her keen awareness of when new customers come into the bank. She welcomes everyone who comes into the bank by speaking to them. 10/10 for customer service and her knowledge of being in the banking industry. Will definitely be back!!!
Yami in Harker Heights was very helpful. I tried to get help on the phone and chat but was unable too, so I went in person. She was patient, kind and was able to help me quickly.
I will say the chat feature I highly recommend the staff to tell people upfront they are addressing several customers at a time which made my chat time frustrating. I would ask a question and have to wait 5 minutes for a reply after already in a chat with someone.
