I have banked here for 2 years. Every time I visit this bank there is a problem. Normally I am just depositing small checks I receive and it takes over 10 minutes each time. They always demand ID for any deposit even though they see me regularly. Once they scribbled all over a tax refund check then returned it to me after 30 minutes of waiting saying they couldn’t deposit it. I have zero overdrafts or returned checks and always a positive account and direct deposit from my work. When I moved here I wanted to bank small. Not worth it. Easier to use my bank from where I moved from.
Ive had a business account with them since 2010 and they always come through. Service is amazing! Easy and they help with all issues.
Kind of annoying when the tellers don’t act professionally here and it happens quite a bit
Rarely ever busy. I almost never have to wait for a teller to become available. Always really friendly. Ignore the 1 star review.
The wait in the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous ! Over a half hour to sit and no one in front of me , they acted like they was inconvenienced for me to deposit money so I could pay my bills many times . Always a long wait , over ten – twenty minutes , and then they may come back and tell you to wait longer !
