I absolutely love and recommend my bank. Had an issue with fraud and not only was it stopped and flagged before it was posted on my account but they worked very quickly with me to secure my funds and swiftly get into another account to ensure no fraud was continued. I recommend both this branch and the one in WalMart. This branch specifically does an amazing job of making my children very happy, which means the world to me. Hailey is an amazing manager. Thank you and have a blessed day.

I go to this bank more than the other 2 because they are open later & open on weekends. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I love this bank!

I specifically asked about things like inactivity and related fees in case I didn’t use the account that much for a couple of months. They told me not only that it was ok but that there wouldn’t be fees. Been a couple months since I used the account but lo and behold they closed it, took the money that was in there for a “no activity fee” yet they claim I closed the account. Nobody at the desk could help me and customer service over the phone basically repeated that I must have closed it and told me I should go into the branch and get help but I already tried. It’s scammy. They claim I closed the account so they can say they didn’t lie when I opened it but I did no such thing. I specifically told them things would be sporadic but they said it was ok and it wasn’t even inactive for too long. Maybe 6 months or so without a deposit but money was in there. I was going to cash a check. The problem is if it’s a “new” account they have to hold it for 5 days. I’m not doing that lol.

Stopped in Cove at your location and Horacio delivered great customer service! He assisted me with kindness and speed! He is an asset to your company!

The employees are great, the bank itself should be avoided. They change their minimum requirements to avoid fees in order to catch more and more customers in their “Account Maintenance” fee. It’s a deplorable practice that should have died off 50 years ago. Do yourself a favor and go with a bank that doesn’t charge minimum fees. Don’t go with one just because they are a Texas bank. I switched to Capital One.
