    Every time I come here the customer service is impeccable. I very much enjoy all of the communication that I’ve had with each employee. The employees are very attentive and they always acknowledge my presence. Customer service is very important to me. If I go into a business and I am not acknowledged I will leave and not do business with that company. Thank you to each and every employee for their dedication to take care of the needs of their customers. I’m very grateful to be a customer of 1st National Ban

    Horrible bank. No customer service and loan officers are snobs. Erica tried to save this account, but everyone else sucks. They actually told me to go to another bank TWICE. Ok, message received. ✌️

    I come to this bank monthly to get money out for my son’s haircut. I take out $25 in the drive thru since I can’t get $5 out at the atm . The lady at the bank drive thru said today that they are letting me use the drive thru but I need to use the atm next time lol like what? I can’t come get $25 out at MY bank through the drive thru? How is the atm machine going to give me $5 when they come out in 20s? Make it make sense. So they want me to take out 40 dollars and stop to break my 20 somewhere? Be fr lady

    No help at all bad business! I had documents paper with me I was explaining to the teller who was sitting on the left-hand side as I came in that I had this situation but she didn’t take a few minutes to look at the document and it would explain what was in it she told me to go see the teller she said that she won’t be able to help with the situation and I say why because she is a teller just like her too, and I understand that they are regulation that we all should follow, the rules but it’s also good to help your customer when they need help. That’s how you lose customers before I went to the bank I called customer service yesterday and the person was helpful. He said to go take with document and they should help me but No help from either of the tellers

    Terrible customer service! This bank was a nightmare experience. Opened account and they didn’t have temp debit cards. Tried to transfer and found out it was a fee of $25. Then had teller who acted very unprofessionally by holding my drivers license and saying over & over that doesn’t look like you. Could not use an ATM without a debit card. They also put a fraud restriction on my account. Could not access any of my money! She suggested I travel to another location to get a temp debit card. This place is deranged.
