    EXCELLENT Customer service provided! I had a money order that I needed to deposit into our business account. I had reached out to our Corporate Banking representative, Lauren Janssen for assistance. When I let her know which branch I would be going to for the deposit, she reached out to them to let them know to expect me. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff Shine, he was friendly and professional, and even had the deposit slip already completed and waiting for me. Now that’s customer service; much appreciated!!

    I came here today and was greeted by both the man and woman bank teller. They were super friendly and kind. They were willing to help and answer any questions I had. This is a great location that makes you feel welcome and like family instead of just a customer!

    I was in downtown San Antonio for my very first time. And this building was absolutely strikingly beautiful in the daylight and at night. I didn’t actually go inside nor do I have their services at Frost Bank anywhere but the building just enraptured me.

    The past two times I’ve been inside this location, the front desk staff seem somewhat unfriendly. Other than that they are very professional. The online banking experience and phone customer service is excellent however.

    Update: Our business applied for the PPP business loan on April 3rd, the day it was approved. We were literally among the first to apply and had many issues. After a couple of weeks I called to explain my situation to their customer service management. They put me in contact with a great business lender who got us approved and processed quickly just before the funds from the government ran out. They literally helped me in a big way to save my business from going under during uncertain times.

    Usually one teller and ATM….needless to say if there are more customers than available resources to assist customers then available bankers who are just greeting should be able to jump into action to assist. Sense of urgency lacks here
