Drove in to deposit one check to my business account. I waited eight minutes. Then I press the call button and asked what was taking so long. They responded that they were working on it and just be patient. Another eight minutes later the teller asks me Why the company name in my personal name are different. Well duh It’s a check written to my company and my account information shows that.. I never had this silly question before at other locations. I was fed up and I told her to give me back my check and I’ll take it to another frost location to carry out a simple task without hassle. Because of the tellers incompetence it caused me to be late for another appointment and cost me a money penalty. The tellers at this location need to go through training.
I was greeted and took long to take care my transaction. Didn’t even thank me!!!
This location is DRIVE THRU ONLY. No parking, no lobby, no office. Main back is 2 blocks away.
This location is horrible with their drive thru tellers! They are super slow, not sure what happen to the previous tellers a few months ago but they were fast. They need to hire faster tellers or train better!
