Horrible customer service! Branch manager Melissa Isn’t knowledgeable about money wiring at all! Tells you one thing, then says “I never said that”. After going back and fourth over the phone and at this branch location. I was finally able to get my questions CLEARLY answered and not given the run around when i contacted another branch. This branch needs new management ASAP. She was useless in all ways. If I could rate lower I would.
I came in to buy Pesos for a trip to Mexico and I am SHOCKED at how the teller who counted out the pesos counted the money back to me.
Part of the transaction included 200 bills
Instead of counting 2, 4, 6, 8, etc
She would put one 200 bill down and say 1,2 – another 200 bill down 3,4 – another one down 5,6.
She’s either new at counting by 2s or wasn’t taught the proper way to handle money in general.
When counting the 500s it was the same thing!
Do better IBC! Train your tellers the right way of counting. This is how drawers end up short or over and they just confuse themselves. This can fall back on school systems not teaching certain things but this is people’s money we’re talking about.
I was having the worst day because the bank didn’t want to release my funds even though I had an email saying they would. Every location and even the call center wouldn’t help me, until I spoke with Mizael! Who was so helpful. Even though it’s Friday and they were busy all day he went out of his way to help me in any way he could. I received my funds as expected thanks to him and Tim. Life savers!!
If you’re having a GREAT DAY please avoid Teller Sabrina, she’s very rude. Management should train their tellers to be people friendly. Besides helping her fill out the paperwork, which really… is her job (there was nobody else waiting) she had a bad attitude towards everything that I asked or said. IM GLAD I ONLY SPENT 5-6 min. With her and her negative vibe.
This is the most incompetent bank I have ever been to. I visit daily to get change for work and they frequently mess up the amount and sometimes don’t have even have change. The manager Christine, at the culebra Alamo ranch location, yelled at me because I asked her why I’m getting only half of an amount back that I’m missing. They had 3 managers apparently verify my change order and it was still incorrect. The head office or corporate needs to come clear out this place
The only good teller is Sabrina, never makes mistakes, and the only one with good customer service
