Absolutely hate this bank, update your system and have cash on hand next time. Kinda ridiculous when a bank can’t cash a check cause they didn’t have enough cash on hand. Not only that update your system so people aren’t waiting in line to verify a check. Wow. 🤦♂️ …

I walked in and was greeted immediately. Diana P. Montoya was friendly, polite, courteous and extremely professional. Mrs. Montoya went beyond the line of duty in assisting me with all my needs. Just visited the Jefferson bank on Goliad Rd, was greeted when walking in. I then informed the teller that I wanted to withdraw money from savings account. The teller then asked me if i have a account with Jefferson bank, i then replied this is Jefferson Bank, why would i want to take funds out of my account, if i didnt have any accounts here. She then replied people think its a Bank of America.
