Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Financial institution! Kylan Douset greets and assists with a smile, knows my name and takes care of transactions quickly. Love this place!
I didn’t know they closed at 4:50. I tried coming up to cash a check right now and the man inside told me they were closed.. I get it’s 10 mins before but I got my first paycheck and trying to cash it very quick to pay some bills. Very rude and the guy clearly only cared about leaving at 5… what horrible customer service.
Most employees are helpful, Ana at the crossroads location is very helpful. Would be more stars but they are not open on Saturday’s. Good smaller local bank.
