I recently had the pleasure of visiting PNC Bank, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I had the privilege of being assisted by Adriana Arredondo, the bank manager, who left an indelible impression on me with her outstanding abilities and dedication to customer service.
From the moment I walked into the bank, Adriana greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she promptly attended to my needs. What truly impressed me was her remarkable efficiency in handling my banking requirements. Adriana ensured that every step of the process was carried out swiftly and accurately, saving me valuable time and effort.

I took my son to open a bank account and was ask to leave 5 minutes later due to bank policies that would not allow us to open an account because it would exceed past their hours of operation. Extremely disappointed, My wife and I were just there in September and stayed way past 6 pm and were able to open a business account.
I’ve been banking at PNC for now 5 years. This is my favorite location to go to because they’re always so friendly and are willing to help. Their friendly and knowledgeable
My bad experience is not only about the branch but the entire institution itself. This bank will allow you to overdraft on purpose so that they can charge you numerous fees and if you have direct deposit they will take half of your paycheck to pay those fees. Their phone service is useless, they make you go to the branch for something as simple as transferring money from one account to another or using their mobile app. This process goes in circles you visit the branch and they tell you to use the app. I lost my card and had to visit the branch, I was told I could not take my own money out of my own savings account, something you can do at other banks, because my checking account was negative. I explained to the rep that my card was lost but even when I had my card I was not allowed to withdraw my own money. In other words they will hold your money hostage until you pay them for something the bank allows you to do. I could not keep track of my spending due to issues with the app before and now I have to pay fees because they allowed me to use the card beyond it’s available balance. I would not recommend this bank to anyone honestly, they are thieves and everyone that in came contact with at this bank was useless. Oh and forgot to mention if you want to withdraw money from your savings that’s a $30 fee.
The only thing positive here was the greeting when you first walk in… after that it is pretty much downhill. Being a Virtual bank, or as much as they say they are, it took 20 minutes to pay off a charge off of $8.50. They took my cash, turned it into a check, ran that same 8.50 check through a machine probably 8 times. While I’m waiting, standing in the lobby mind you, there are no trash cans inside or outside the lobby, no bathrooms to use and no water to drink … Jake is the individual who took care of me, very nice amd courteous.
