Juan medina has an attitude problem! Horrible customer service!! I called an spoke with eddie one of the branch managers an let him know what bad experience i had with mr juan but i doubt they will do anything about it from what i can see…
The girls are very rude they don’t even greet you, manager doesn’t even look at you, all I’ve ever seen the manager do in the past 7 years is walk to the restroom and back to his desk, I don’t understand why he even works there, bad customer service, everyone in the branch are very rude. We need people who love their job and are willing to help people with happy faces. They all are no good. Would not recommend this Branch to Noone.
Worst bank ever. Juan Medina is a large man with an attitude problem. It must be nice to sit at a desk and munch on some sweet bread.. instead of assisting clients in the lobby. Not to mention the older gentleman in the front that makes you sign in and tells you that’s the only way they can assist you. And then Juan has the audacity to make the old man look like a bad guy by kicking us out.. because the staff is getting sick.. stay home then if you’re worried about your health Juan… doesn’t seem to worried about diabetes tho.
