Edit , 2024 , their atm machine never works, miserable and slow tellers. Pnc machine on west commerce always out of order
Not necessarily speaking about the people that work there but ever since bbva changed to pnc , their whole company sucks. Their app is almost useless and very unfriendly to users , can’t log on most of the time because ” this service not available ” and their atm sucks. If you have money in your account you cant take out more than 500 at their useless atms.
THEY DO ACCEPT YOUR MONEY THOUGH . Looking for another bank.

I was turned away from the lobby by Alexandra for not having an appointment! I was in line for the drive up teller but it was 8 cars deep and I was on my lunch hour. 30 minutes and the line hadn’t budged. The lot is small and parking is terrible. I got down to make a quick deposit and the lady was rude. She told me I couldn’t come in because I don’t have an appointment. I sat in my car, outraged! A few mins later a guy with flowers walked up to the door and the same Alexandra girl opened the door, kissed him, and led him right in! I went back to the entrance and a diff girl opened the door. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me their manager was quarantining at home. Discrimination at its finest! Who’s the branch manager? I would like to file a complaint ASAP!
I would go to speedy cash to get my checks cash but decided to try the actual bank. Well I got charged %2 of my checks anyways (same as speedy cash) and because they’re so under staffed it took about an hour to get my checks cash. They have 2 guys just talking at their stations (not including the 1 manager at his desk just watching everything) while the 2 girls had to take care of a long line and all the drive thru traffic top of all the customers walking in. Hello, it’s cheaper to hire more bank tellers than to have bank analysts that don’t help the bank tellers when they are overflowing with people. I already didn’t like BBVA compass and now PNC Bank is still the same. So everyone please don’t go to this bank unless you have no other options. I rather go back to speedy cash since they’re fast, polite, and always very helpful when I go.
Staff was on his personal phone during service, I assume I interrupted him during work hours . Customers service is horrible not willing to assist just get you out of the door ! I’ve never experienced this at any other banks. I recently opened this account and employee /services aren’t helpful at all.
Very bad customer service last month. I went in there with the paper from the DMV and my actual ID because my ID has not been sent to me they cashed my check last month with that paper, but they refuse to do it this time I asked to speak to a manager n the four ladies in the front looked at each other and said that there was no manager who I tried to speak to this man Elliott he just looked at me and told me he couldn’t help me it’s a shame that all those people worked there and couldn’t help me. I had to go to another bank.
