Had the misfortune to work with them to close an account my deceased Uncle had with the bank. I am very thankful we were working with an attorney through the process as initially was told incorrect information about who was entitled to the funds. If you are in a similiar situation, seek legal advise if possible.
I love this bank, it’s not always an ideal situation but they always make it right!! They are 100% about customer service and I find that rare in todays times. I wouldn’t want to bank anywhere else. Point Bank in Pilot Point is the BEST and so are the employees!!!!
Terrible card activation services have to go 3 days without being able to have access to my bank account because they don’t have an automatic system to activate a debit card. Honestly come Tuesday I will not be banking here anymore so inconvenient.
