I love ❤️ Texell credit union I have had several other banks and credit unions but I like this one the best. They take care of all my financial needs
I truly enjoy the security of my account I work in finances and hear my customers always talking about their account getting hacked or breached with their banks. I have never once dealt with this with Texell or had a customer tell me they had this problem with Texell. They keep are money safe that we work hard for.
This bank is HORRIBLE! I was looking forward to becoming a member. My wife is already a member and seeing her experience definitely lets me know this bank is the worst of the worst. They lie quickly to get you out there face. They don’t care about their members at all. All she has is a savings account with no debit card but her account has been hacked at least 4 times. It’s horrible their security sucks. They have breaches all the time. I’m just Glad I didn’t bank with them. Right now we have bills that are due and my wife doesn’t even have any access to her account. They are very nonchalant. They are rude! They just told her 24/48 hrs to approve the credit while they do an investigation. Now she’s denied for the credit and it’s taking 5-7 business days. It’s a horrible bank people!
