Personal experience here, I didn’t plan on stopping in today. However, I came across Briana who was an amazing person overall. She was very skilled in letting us know how to get an account setup! This meant a lot especially because she stayed back to help. Next, following the friendly and welcoming environment Ashley Hardin(same last name) she had the best welcome and greeted me with a joke about us having the same name. She instantly made me feel more welcomed because of her cheerful nature!! Furthermore, adding to my families experience Mr. Pablo Castro himself got us all sorted out, very passionate about assisting us in making the best choices. He’s a person I’ll definitely trust to bank wherever he goes!

Rosa was very helpful assisting me today she greeted me as i walked up and had a nice conversation with me while she worked on my transaction. She really knows how to stay engaged with customers. I feel very appreciated as a Woodforest customer every time Rosa helps me. Unfortunately she isn’t always the one to help me, but when I do go I make sure to wait for Rosa.
