Lots of gadgets and electronics to choose from. They also sell accessories and guns for sports. They offer lawaway for those that can’t buy the items right away. I had a nice experience, the staff were attentive and friendly.
Anna has the absolute best customer service skills she is too good for this place. She goes above and beyond to exceed the customer’s expectations. The very heavy set white lady i believe is one of the managers is the reason i will never do business at this location ever again very rude very poor people skills terrible customer service skills.
No type of customer service from manager or employees no sense of negotiating i mean this is a pawn shop right? Ive worked for pawn shops before and if i acted like them i wouldnt sell anything their loss first time here last time here too.
So went to this place this morning and encountered Alan Haddock (eyeroll). This guy made my experience here horrible. I will never go back! I never say people should be fired from a job for bad customer service but this guy definitely should be. His people skills are none existent. He is very judgmental and offensive to customers. I was friendly to this man, I’m a respectful woman and I expect to be treated fairly. I really hope management does something about this guys condescending attitude.
Will only deal with two staff members here, the rest of the staff is rude and have no idea of a thing called customer service or what they are selling. I wish I could give individual starts to the two staff members that are great. They get 5 stars.
The place is clean, well lit and good variety, prices are on the high side.
