I drive across town to visit this store so call it how u want I like it if bought 2 guns from them and solid buys never had issues and almost 2 yrs ago bought a used ps4 although it wasn’t completely whipped clean it’s still used daily by me for hrs on end without a single problem.
I like this pawn shop. The workers are always respectful, and they never have a negative attitude and they always have an amazing spirit. also another thing I don’t like it when you go and sell something they give you a low amount people are not asking for much , but be fair with it, and it’s not just this pawn shop its all of them.
I like this place, clean, bright and many items for sale. The staff here is awesome, not many Cash America places have staff this nice and helpful, they know how to talk to customers.
As any other cash America, their offers are low and they sell high, but business is business.
I ‘ve found a few good deals at this store.
Their video game selection is random.
Their customer service is good to great and the manager is great.
*The hallmark of a good Pawnshop is to give good deals so that clients keep coming back. When you are stingy with giving deals the buyers go elsewhere.*

Background Note: I and my friends spend thousands at pawnshops yearly. I started shopping at Pawn shops since the 80’s. This review only applies to this location and is based on my professional opinion. Your results may vary.
Went to pick up a pawned item and you guys gave me a technically lacking web page, (I’m being generous by not going into the flaws of it) then after they got a network connection to the device serving me up a dead link (no internet connection to website) started to help two other customers as I waited (Reading a book) then finally told me the address that they inputted themselves at the time of drop off! Might I add did not match the one I gave them which is my current? ( Hey geniuses check the ID number and look at my face) Keep in mind I waited for 40 plus minutes just for them to tell me this. Meaning they wasted my time and their solution was for me to go sit at the DMV for an hour or so and come back with an updated address on a temp ID. Had I not waited 40 minutes to hear this I wouldn’t care as much.
I also didn’t care to hear about your social lives as I sat waiting filling out draconian text documents with legal Jargin none of you has ever read through but the web designer you went through that googled it… as the teenager in front of me talked to her manager repeatedly (because she could not get through transaction alone) to get guided on something she should be trained for and taking me my personal info on a less than secure webpage. (being less generous)
OVERALL terrible customer service as to be expected to come to a pawn shop. Just go somewhere else or sell it, online folks. (You’ll probably get more money anyway.
