Great store I go very often to purchase jewelry But Definitely not the best at customer service (except Veronica she’s great and 2 guy managers). Should hire more people with actual customer service these girls don’t even make eye contact and act like they are doing you a favor like if it’s not their actual job. Employee #****642 will definitely not be dealing with you again. Smile more often
Huge waste of time. Had heavy equipment asked if they were interested in it before I take it down. They come out looked at it and we settled on a price. So took it down tested it for them to make sure it works. Everything was good lady took my info and was ringing me up a guy comes out and says no never mind. They took back their offer. And didn’t even offer to help load it back up. This place sucks. Why offer see Everything works then take it back. Terrible business practice. Do better!
I’ve been a customer for so many years and every time I’ve brought my business to this location, I’ve never been disappointed. I want to commend Mr.Roy and Mr.Christian for their outstanding customer service and kindness. These 2 men are a big part of why I’ll keep bringing my business back to Action Pawn. Waited a long time to get help and that was because I had to go to the front to ask for help . Staff was really rude like they didn’t want to help and you see a lot of stuff in the store because they never actually sell anything. They choose not to make any deals to the customers. And that’s why they have so much in there that they haven’t sold.
