After a change in management, the store is top notch for affordable prices and customer service. They have a huge selection of jewelry, and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting on very nice unique pieces, thanks to Sam. He has an eye for quality, keeps me updated on sales and a keen knack for the type of jewelry he knows I’ll be interested in. He’s definitely earned a repeat customer.
I had a bad experience with this pawn shop, I went to pawn printer and they deliberately removed my printer tray and did not put back , knowing that I belongs to my printer. That is BAD. Customer service , employees stealing customers merchandise
I put a nice necklace with a cross on layaway. After 6 months of paying it off the necklace was replaced with something else. They switched necklaces. Make sure you take a photo of your layaway. These guys switch things. They move manager’s around. They are crooked. I didn’t have proof but they did. So sad. Never again.
Selection here is pretty small. The good stuff is not very well organized behind their counter and it always feels like I’m in somebody’s way when im looking at the stuff hanging in the back. Other than that the staff is very friendly and look eager to help in any way they can. It’s an ok selection but just kinda small.
