Excellent service and experience first time visiting. These guys are great compared to the other shops in town. Very personal visit I highly recommend it.
I wanna start of by saying that I don’t like to complain much. I would not recommend going to this store. The employee or heck he may have even been the owner I’m not sure messed up when charging me for my Weed-eater. I wanted to pay part in card and part in cash. He rung up my ticket, took my cash and my card. Receipt showed where It was broken down into two payments, then the credit card receipt showed that he charged my card for the full amount. In fairness to him he offered to give me the cash back when I pointed his mistake out, but I wanted to pay the way I did so he said he would refund my card. No big deal, the next day the money hasn’t returned to my card I call and he informs me that it will happen at midnight, no big deal. Doesn’t happen. At this point I just take my receipt up there and ask for in cash refund. He calls their financial institution and inquired if it was returned and they couldn’t tell him anything. (Keep in mind my bank has said nothing was returned) then he informs me he doesn’t know when it will be returned and that it’s out of his hands. Didn’t have an issue taking my money in a split second, but giving it back is another story. I informed him that my family could have been depending on that to eat, and he blew it off. After informing him that I was going to file a claim with my bank about it not being returned he told me to “get the hell out of his store” that’s not how you treat people. Especially in a small town, my purchase and business may not mean much, but all I wanted was clarity on when my money would be returned. I can only hope that other potential customers see this and think before they purchase here. Not only was he not trained properly, but his service left much to be desired. Buyer beware.
People that work in there are nice and friendly ! Prices r fair ! Josh knows his stuff on things & will go out his way just to make sure you r happy ! I will b going back 2do business with them for now on !
The greatest thing at Silver Bullet in Boyd is the people who work and own the store. they are Knowledgeable , friendly and there to serve you. a large inventory at great place. Great local family with a great selection of goods.
Was in earlier today, when we couldn’t get together on the price of a tool he was selling he used fowl language to insult me and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional and i dont approve of his foul language in front of my wife. Will not return.
