A bank and a branch that I personally vouched for to my business partners. As of lately it is virtually impossible to have any sort of positive experience when dealing with this branch. As a Corporation Chase is rapidly catching up to WF with the below average customer satisfaction.
I have come to the branch and called their CS line about 4-5 times within the last 2 months with 4-5 different issues, 0 resolution from Chase or its associates. The top 3 are –
1. Wife got poor customer service when trying to perform a simple change on an account. Kyle Tx branch was able to perform the same action in under 5 minutes.
2. Personal account is not credited 3K check after the payees account had been debited for over 72 hrs. I submitted evidence to the bank after a 1.5 hour long discussion with a CS rep and “magically” they credited the account…so what were y’all doing with my 3k? Where is my interest because I know chase made money on that 3 to 4 days of limbo.
3. Personal refuses to help with a 1k transfer from personal account to investment account because ID is expired…AND I NOTE from my personal account to my personal investment account…UNREAL!!!
Seems like my wife was right after all and Bank of America is a better option for all 4 of our accounts.

Went in to set up new account at before 12:45, 15 min after waiting i was told they do not sign up accounts after 1:30 but they did not have enough time, because there were 2 or 3 other people waiting and they ony had 3 bankers available. Bullsh!t.
