BE AWARE!
I went about two weeks ago to cash in a check. After I came out and stopped in a pawnshop at Congress. Someone busted two windows of my car and only checked the console where I placed the money. Luckily I hided it well enough they couldn’t find it… I suspect there’s is a connection between the people inside the bank and the thieves.
Don’t ever go to this location…
PS: for some strange reason the lady teller didn’t give me a receipt…!
This location probably serves 250,000 people and has one single working ATM on the weekends. The lobby is locked and has no card reader. Chase corporate, you need to add about 10-15 ATMs across austin. You do not have nearly enough.
UNSAFE TO WITHDRAW CASH. I was followed from the bank, had my car broken into, and only robbed of my money in the chase envelope. My suspicions is someone is tipping in from inside the bank since I withdrew money from INSIDE the ATM. DO NOT COME HERE! They have done nothing to help my case.
Update- 12/18/23 Chase has replaced the 2nd ATM and that is the good news. And now for the bad. It doesn’t work! 😑 Get it together Chase and add more WORKING ATMS on site and add more around Austin. I’ve seen you closing up all the stand alone ATMs around town. 👎🏽
Now why would you get rid of the 2nd drive up ATM at a high traffic location!? At least take the damn sign down or replace with a ATM that works as you have to wait 20+ minutes to use the only available ATM on property. And of course there is always issue with the ONE ATM there. At least add one in the foyer that we can access with our debit card like at other Chase locations!
We had an appointment scheduled. Lady was out sick. Why not call your customers to reschedule. Took time off work to be here. This has not been the only time they have wasted our time here. This branch needs to get thier things in order. Horrible customer service.
