Bank closes at 5 and doesnt have access to vestibule to access atms. Better off closing this branch and not wasting peoples time
I’ve been a customer at Chase for years, and the service is never great, but it’s also never this abysmally poor either. This has to be the worst possible branch location. The “high net worth” banker (Angel) was rude, unhelpful, and terrible. And the manager (Nora) was even worse. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.
No drive thru atm
Saw 3 people came and no one could get inside the door. Don’t waste your time going to this location. The worst of the worst
The manager and employee were extremely rude when I came into fax over my paperwork for my name change. I worked with a different location in Austin where I was informed by the employee at the location and confirmed with the credit card department I could come in to fax it. Without even attempting to find a fax number in their system they handed me back the paperwork and they both walked away without saying anything else.
We are an elderly couple. Not good at banking or computers. Angel (desk banker) always treats us very nicely, patiently and profesionaly.
