I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryce the branch manger who went above and beyond and stayed pass closing time at the branch to ensure that she was able to help me and my husband with our needs. We had several concerns and she was able to answer all questions that we had concerns with. 10/10 I would recommend banking with Chase.
Parking lot wonder bird watch every evening during summer sunset. Its a delighted and awesome experience to watch thousands of bird flock to have the evening fun fly. If its a full moon day then you have double extravaganza. Good evening to spend with family and friends. Watch out for bird droppings as not requested add ons 😉
TERRIBLE! The employees pretend that you don’t exist and wait for you to leave so they don’t serve you. I have 2 accounts at Chase and in this branch I was unable to receive service in 2 attempts.
the teller Andrea was absolutely hell to deal with. She gave me an incorrect amount of money back from a deposit/withdrawal and deposited my money in the wrong account AND said very inappropriate things infront of my children. SHE ALSO had a very strong aroma of Marijuana coming off her and her eyes were burnt RED
