Unacceptably bad. Tried to close out a line of credit that had never been used. Was told 3-5 business days… had to come in person to do it. Came in person, filled out the required paperwork. 5 days later after calling every day I am told there is another form they forgot about. I remind them this was a rush job, they said we could docusign. I docusigned. I called every day to inquire if it was done… 5 days later I am told that they can’t accept docusign, but if I come in person to the bank they have the “correct” form.
They don’t understand their own processes.
