I’ve been a member for over 30 years and have lived in different sections of Austin. Currently, I use the Oak Hill drive-through facility. All of the tellers are friendly, recognize me and offer useful information and help. I have also used the location near 45th St., the main facility downtown, and the location of 620.
Tellers are so courteous and helpful. They always answer questions in a knowledgeable way. It’s a pleasure to do my banking there!
The staff at the Oak Hill branch are the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. They tend to go out of their way to help and always have a solution to any problem I may have. The people who work for the bank that I speak to on the phone about my account are very kind and helpful as well. Although I’ve never met these people I feel like I know them personally. Great service and great people. Always willing to help especially Christina at Oak Hill. Its nice to know this day in age there are still people that REALLY care.
