Absolutely unhelpful. I started a credit builder account there previously at that specific location a few months back successfully. Attempted to repeat the process online, the option wasn’t available. Went in today and was given rude and discourteous service by an employee named Jason who felt he needed to tell me he’d been there 8 years and had never heard of what I was asking assistance on. Completely unrelated and unnecessary information to add just for a nudge at an incompetence insult. Even when said employee thought I was talking about a secured credit card account. Terrible. I just wanted help.

RBFCU has been a solid credit union for me over the past decade. However, I’d give this location zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and drive to another location.
They only care to take your money but not give it back, I made a deposit at the atm and because there were too many Bill’s it miscounted them, I reached out to them so they can give me my money back its been 13 days and no word about it, now I’m now taking about a low amount of money I need my money. they just keep telling me to wait and they will reach out to me they always have an excuse about it. they can take your money, but not give it back to you? that is not okay and it shows you can not trust this bank. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
