Christine did a good job at resolving some of my issues with my account, as soon as I walk in someone is there to welcome me, thank you.
Friendly enough, but was told the check I was trying to cash couldn’t be cashed due to insufficient funds in the company’s account. Immediately went to the branch on Anderson ln and they cashed it with no problem within ten minutes. It was a lot of (apparently) unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I’ll be going to the one on Anderson from now on.
Love my Texas Local Bank. Put your money with the local guys not the big banks where you’re just an account number. ABC Bank everybody here knows my name, they help me find the right solutions for my business and my personal banking needs.
The workers were too busy flirting with each other then helping when I went on Friday. I wanted to open a new account but didn’t know the lobby closed at 3 and I got there at 3:25 pm . Should definitely put that on the hours lists online. They told me to wait til Monday. Definitely not going back.
