I’ve noticed over the past year, this branch has become very unprofessional. There are two males there, the smaller of the two is helpful, the taller one is arrogant and rude. The female “manager”, should not be a manager anywhere!
Only banker here for 30 years of my life until I realized they are robbing their customers. After switching credit unions I really couldn’t be any more disgusted by how ATFCU treats it’s customers. No saving account essentially with the internet rates provided. Money market accounts with .5 percent interest. Literally a disgusting financial institution.
The people here literally have no idea how to do their jobs. I live on Brodie and I’ll go way out of my way to the lobby one on western trails to avoid this place.
This branch has gone down hill. Staff is unfriendly and seem disgruntled. They appear to have problems keeping staff and unfortunately they do a poor job at training new staff. Had to wait in line way too many time for 20 minutes plus while new staff try’s to figure out what to do. Not sure why they don’t hire people with experience or train them properly Not sure if branch manger has changed, perhaps they should change the management and clean house. Definitely not the friendly helpful vibe we use to get from Austin Telco.
Very detailed oriented and skillful staff. They greet us as we walk in, make us feel very welcome!
